REFUND POLICY

At Kinderdealz, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items For the safety and hygiene of our customers, products that have been opened, used, washed, or altered may not be eligible for return unless they are defective. Items marked as final sale are also non-returnable.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is damaged or incorrect.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us at kinderdealz@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kinderdealz@gmail.com with the following:

  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
  • A photo of the packaging if it was damaged in transit
  • Your order number

We'll make it right immediately. In these cases, return shipping will be covered by Kinderdealz and original shipping charges will be fully refunded.
