Where We Ship We ship within the United States and to select international destinations where shipping is available. If your country is not available at checkout, unfortunately we are unable to ship there at this time.

Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other available carriers depending on your destination. The carrier used for your order may vary based on package size, weight, and delivery location.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Shipping times are estimates and vary by destination and carrier. Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, or carrier issues. Kinderdealz is not responsible for carrier delays once your order has been handed off.

International Shipping International shipping times are estimates and can vary significantly depending on destination, customs processing, holidays, and carrier delays. Kinderdealz is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority. Kinderdealz has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your carrier first. If the issue is unresolved, reach out to us at kinderdealz@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.
